How to use :- Leg Press – Sit on the machine and position your feet on the footplate. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, with your toes pointed slightly outward. Push against the footplate and extend your legs, straightening your knees. Exhale during this phase of the exercise.
Twister seated – Sit up straight and engage your core muscles by tightening your abdominal muscles and maintaining good posture. Place your hands on the handles or grip bars for stability and support. Keep your upper body relaxed and your shoulders down.Start the twisting motion by rotating your torso to one side, using your core muscles to initiate the movement.
