How to use :- Leg Press – Sit on the machine and position your feet on the footplate. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, with your toes pointed slightly outward. Push against the footplate and extend your legs, straightening your knees. Exhale during this phase of the exercise.
Surf Board – Initiate the movement: Start by shifting your weight from one side to the other, mimicking the side-to-side movement of riding a wave. Use your legs and hips to generate the movement, allowing the board to tilt and sway.
