How to you :- Push Up Bars – Position the push-up bars: Place the push-up bars on a stable surface, ensuring they are parallel to each other and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Leg Press – Sit on the machine and position your feet on the footplate. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, with your toes pointed slightly outward. Push against the footplate and extend your legs, straightening your knees. Exhale during this phase of the exercise.
