How to use :- 1. Sit on the machine and position your feet on the footplate. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, with your toes pointed slightly outward.

3. Grasp the handles or grip bars located on the sides of the machine for stability and support. Keep your back flat against the backrest and engage your core muscles.
4. Push against the footplate and extend your legs, straightening your knees. Exhale during this phase of the exercise.
