Open Gym Equipment Back Extension – Single

How to use :- 1. Position yourself: Stand facing the machine and place your feet on the footpad, with your toes pointed forward or slightly turned out. The upper pad should rest against your thighs, just above your knees.
2. Engage your core: Before starting the exercise, engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button towards your spine. This helps stabilize your torso during the movement.
3. Begin the movement: While keeping your core engaged, slowly lean forward at the hips, allowing your upper body to lower towards the floor. Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels, avoiding any rounding or arching of the spine.
