How to use :- 1. Position the push-up bars: Place the push-up bars on a stable surface, ensuring they are parallel to each other and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2. Get into the starting position: Assume a plank position with your hands gripping the handles of the push-up bars. Position your hands directly under your shoulders and extend your legs straight behind you, with your toes touching the ground. Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.
3. Engage your core: Before starting the exercise, engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button towards your spine. This helps stabilize your torso during the movement.
4. Lower your body: Begin the exercise by slowly lowering your body towards the ground. Keep your elbows close to your sides as you descend. Aim to lower until your chest is just above the ground or until you reach a comfortable range of motion.
