How to use :- 1. Approach the Uneven Bars and stand between them with your side facing the bars.
2. Grasp the lower bar with an overhand grip. Your palms should be facing away from you, and your hands should be shoulder-width apart or slightly wider.
3. Jump and swing your body upward to gain momentum. Use your legs and core muscles to generate the momentum needed to perform skills on the bars.
4. As you reach the peak of your swing, release the lower bar and grab the higher bar. Your hands should maintain the same grip and position.
5. Swing your body backward and forward, transitioning between the two bars. Maintain control and rhythm as you swing.
