Open Gym Equipment Pomel Horse

How to use :- 1. Approach the Pommel Horse and stand beside it with your side facing the horse.
2. Place your hands on the handles or pommels of the horse. The pommels are the two cylindrical handles mounted on top of the horse.
3. With one foot, step over the horse and straddle it. Your legs should be on either side of the horse, with your feet pointing outward.
4. Grip the pommels firmly with both hands, ensuring a secure hold.
5. Lift your body off the ground and swing your legs over the horse, bringing them together and placing them on top of the horse.
6. Position yourself in a straddle position on top of the horse, with your legs extended to the sides.
